Just below the church of St Juliana stands the Austro-Hungarian military cemetery.

The cemetery was built in 1915 using Russian prisoners. Today it collects 663 Austro-Hungarian fallen of the First World War from the cemeteries of Busa dell’Oro, Paneveggio, Tesero, Bellamonte, Passo Sella, Cece and Valbona.

The burials were marked by small wooden crosses, which were largely replaced during the general rearrangement of the area in the early 1990s.
