Grand Hotel Carezza

On behalf of Christomannos, the owner of the property, the architects Musch and Lun are preparing to tackle a project that is innovative for the time and not without its challenges. First of all, the land for the building site is drained, then a small power station for energy production, a sawmill, a brick kiln, lime kilns and accommodation for the workers are built. In addition, a porphyry quarry is opened near the Planggenschwaige.
